Handling Suggestions

Frozen Bread

Storing: Store Leidenheimer bread in the freezer. Storing in a refrigerator or cooler or exposure to direct sunlight will result in stale bread.

Heating: Place frozen bread into 350F pre-heated oven and heat for 3-5 minutes or until crisp and golden brown.

Fresh Bread

Storing: Store away from extreme heat or cold and serve the same day it is received. if bread is to be used the following day, wrap in plastic and freeze as soon as possible.

Heating: To freshen day old bread, sprinkle a small amount of water over crust and follow heating instructions for frozen bread.
